We had Tina cater my daughter’s 4th birthday party and it was a hit! Many guests came to get more than three servings and all the parents were asking where the food came from. My personal favorites were the Chicken Adobo, Sisig, Lumpia, Pinakbet, and of course the Cassava cake.

I finalized the menu items with Tina over email and she was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The delivery came right on time and everything was packed so nicely. I’d highly recommend using Tina to cater your event. Her price was very reasonable as well. Thank you so much Tina for making our party a success!

Tina’s cassava cake is the best I have ever had! Her food tastes so authentic and homemade like mom’s cooking. I ordered the cassava cake for my holiday party and for thanksgiving and all I can say is that everyone loved it!!

I can’t even begin to tell you how wonderful Tina is – her food is amazing and her baked goods are out of this world. She has helped me in so many ways in putting together delicious and healthy menus and not to mention her creativity in appetizers for our happy hour every Friday!! You will not be disappointed!!!!

I recently ordered the Cuban menu – 2x – one for our engineers and the other for our executive team and it was a home run!!!! The ropa vieja was spot on, chicken with avocado and mango salsa, the vegetarian with sofrito sauce was delish!!! Tina is amazing and very open to customizing the food order – especially the appetizers!! I have already recommended her to people here at work and I will continue to do so!!! She’s catering to 150 people here for happy hour and we are all looking forward to her food. She’s a wonderful person and very accommodating!!!
